The response time is one (1) month, extendable by two (2) months in case of particular complexity. In such cases, the Data Controller will inform the data subject within one (1) month of receiving the request.
The exercise of rights is, in principle, free of charge, except for the right to request a contribution in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive (including repetitive) requests.
