Among contemporary artists who have exhibited their sculptures, between the tombstones in the cemetery in Geneva for the “Open end” display there is also Fabrice Gygi. Kings Cemetery is a kind of Swiss “Pantheon” resting place of many celebrities: the religious reformer Jean Calvin, the writers Jorge Luis Borges and Robert Musil, the sculptor Carl Angst, the psychologist Jean Piaget and Sophie Dostojevski, the daughter of the famous Russian novelist.
